My Story

For some people it takes time to discover what they want to do when they grow up but, for me, I knew from an early age that working in the fitness industry was what I wanted.  At age 16 I participated in a DCT/OJT high school program that allowed me to work and go to school.  Having been diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia at a very early age school was not for me, so the idea of working while in school sounded great. By the time I was 19 I was an assistant manager working fulltime and loving it all.

It wouldn't take long for me to realize that getting my college degree would be necessary to advance my abilities and options.  So, I left for college getting my minor in Leisure Services, BS in Sports Science, BS in Physical Education and then doing my graduate work in Exercise Physiology. All this with learning disabilities and ADHD. Something that I believed helped me learn to love education.

I treat this as a profession and not a job.  I treat my work with a high level of effort and skill.  I know that if given the chance to talk to you it will become apparent how I can help you towards your health and fitness goals.  Review my resume then contact me for a free workout week.  I look forward to talking to you soon.  Thank you for your time and a chance to earn your business.
